Spotify is one of the largest and most popular applications for streaming music in the world. For a variety of reasons, the service is popular, but one reason is how easy it is to personalize your playlists.
When you want to give your Spotify playlist a better cover picture than a jumble of album art, you no longer have to fire up your machine. Spotify has added support for its Android and iOS apps for uploading custom playlist files.
Both free users and Paid customers now have the feature enabled. Besides that, you can also add a rundown to the playlist and relive all the lovely moments you spent on the road trip. Here’s how a custom playlist image can be uploaded to Spotify:
- Navigate to the playlist that you’ve created
- Get into your desired playlist and tap on “Change image”
- Choose the desired image from your phone gallery or take a new picture.
- Change the title or type a description
- Then tap on “done!”
Notice that if you install a custom playlist cover on your desktop device, it will not alter the playlist cover on your iPhone by rearranging the songs in a playlist, it will remain the same as whatever you set on the desktop edition.
