Facebook-owned Instagram a year ago presented a new feature that enabled users to post their Stories specifically on Facebook.
A new report has asserted that Facebook is trying another feature which will allow users to present Instagram Stories straightforwardly on WhatsApp as WhatsApp Status.
They will at present need to go to the messaging application and press ‘Send’ to have the story posted. Both WhatsApp Status and Instagram Story will remain live for 24 hours, unless erased prior.
Users who consistently updates Instagram Stories and updates Status on WhatsApp, this features will mean investing less tome and energy in doing the two.
The new feature is accounted to give users a chance to post embellished photos, videos and GIFs on WhatsApp which will vanish after 24 hours.
“We are always testing ways to improve the experience on Instagram and make it easier to share any moment with the people who matter to you,” a Facebook spokesperson was quoted as saying.
In October 2017, Facebook revealed the feature that allowed users to share ‘Instagram Stories’ directly to ‘Facebook Stories’.
The alternative to syndicate Instagram Stories to Facebook Stories is accessible for US users starting at now, and is probably going to be authoritatively taken off for everybody around the globe soon.
As of late, the photo-sharing application Instagram presented another feature which empowers users to follow Hashtags.
As per Instagram, the feature makes it less demanding for users to find photos, videos and individuals on its platform.
In November 2017, Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg declared that Instagram Stories and WhatsApp Status have 300 million day by day dynamic users.
The number is more than their nearest match Snapchat, which amid its Q2 income meeting in August 2017, reported that it has 173 million every day dynamic users.
Facebook is just trying this feature with a couple of users. There is no word from the organisation about when it will be taken off to every one of its users.
